Electro Fix provides repair and maintenance services for home appliances including:

  • Refrigerator (Fridge)
  • Washing Machine
  • Air Conditioner (AC)
  • Microwave/Oven
  • Other household electrical appliances

Services are primarily provided at the customer’s location (home service), but may also be performed off-site if required.

3. Service Booking & Confirmation

  • Services can be booked via phone, website, or other communication channels.
  • Customers must provide accurate details regarding appliance type and issue.
  • Service availability is subject to technician availability and location.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking in certain situations.

4. Visiting Charges

  • A fixed visiting charge of ₹199 is applicable for inspection and diagnosis.
  • This charge is non-refundable, regardless of whether repair work is approved or completed.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • Repair costs vary depending on the issue, labor, and parts required.
  • Final pricing will be communicated before proceeding with repair.
  • Spare parts are charged separately.
  • Payment must be made immediately after service completion unless agreed otherwise.
  • Accepted payment methods:
    • UPI
    • Cash

6. Spare Parts Policy

  • Spare parts are billed separately from service charges.
  • We do not provide a warranty on spare parts, unless explicitly stated.
  • Availability of parts may affect service timelines.

7. Service Guarantee

  • We provide a 90-day service guarantee on repairs.
  • This guarantee applies only to the specific issue repaired.

Guarantee Does Not Cover:

  • Physical or accidental damage after service
  • Misuse, negligence, or improper handling
  • Electrical fluctuations or external factors
  • New or unrelated faults

8. Same-Day Service

  • Same-day service is available depending on technician availability and location.
  • Delays may occur due to workload, distance, or parts availability.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide safe and proper access to the appliance
  • Ensure proper electricity supply and working conditions
  • Share accurate and complete information about the issue

10. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Bookings can be canceled before technician dispatch.
  • If the technician has already been assigned or dispatched, the visiting charge may still apply.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Electro Fix is not responsible for pre-existing defects or hidden internal damage.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

12. Brand Coverage

  • We repair appliances from all major brands.
  • Service depends on feasibility and spare parts availability.

13. Use of Website

By using our website, you agree:

  • Not to misuse or attempt unauthorized access
  • Not to engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Not to copy or misuse website content

14. Advertising & Third-Party Platforms

  • We use platforms such as Google Ads to promote our services.
  • Users interacting via ads are subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

  • We may contact you via call, SMS, or WhatsApp for service-related communication.
  • Calls and messages may be monitored or recorded for quality and training purposes.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.

  • We may update these Terms at any time.
